"I was a very nervous person with little confidence in my abilities. I joined Toastmasters in 1998 and am still a member as each meeting you seem to learn something new. It has enabled me to become a better teacher and evaluator. 

Over the years I have spoken in front of over 200 people at conventions and become a member of the District council in various roles. I never thought when I joined that I would one day be elected to International Director for Europe Region 10, but that happened in 2022!
