"Since becoming a member of Thame Speakers in November 2022, I can confidently say that it has been the most effective platform for enhancing my public speaking and leadership skills. The structured learning plan, coupled with the supportive community, provides the ideal environment for personal growth. The feedback and evaluations I receive after each speech have been invaluable in refining my abilities.

 

Toastmasters offers a wealth of opportunities to take on various roles like timekeeper, table topics master, evaluator, grammarian and some others, each offering unique experiences. However, my favorite has to be the Table Topics segment. The challenge of impromptu speaking on stage is where I truly push my boundaries and evolve my 'speaker thinking.'

 

I'm committed to my journey with Toastmasters and look forward to building enough confidence to participate in competitions in the future."
